Feedline is a super simple feedback system for the web. Being in contact with your customers can be one of the best way to improve your business and help keep everyone happy. Feedline simplifies the support and feedback process by making a no-excuses solution. It's just $8 per year, per site. There's no good reason not to have a feedback form of some kind on your website. Feedline is not meant to replace higher end solutions like Intercom or Groove... it's meant to be an affordable alternative for those who might not need or be able to afford quite as comprehensive a system for reaching customers.

@mrjeremyblaze looks great. Do I just get emails? What's the difference with me using a form builder for this? I'm not your target market but these are my immediate questions. Lovely UI work!

@stefanpretty Hey! Thanks for the kind words :) Yes, this is completely just an email tool! Nothing at all stopping you from using a form builder. Feedline just makes it super easy to setup things like categories and we already do spam protection and all the boring stuff. My main motivation to build Feedline was I found that for so many little apps I made I had to code a little feedback form FOR EACH APP... which quickly became a pain. Feedline is meant to be a really quick, simple and cheap solution to that. It's likely many developers will just opt for coding their own solution however there are many bloggers, store owners and other online business owners who don't necessarily have the knowledge to set up a semi-complex form. Those are the people who'll really benefit from Feedline.

Any integration with Mailchimp or anything like that? For the subscription, is that 1 form per site, or can I have multiple forms on multiple sites? Looks great tho! Love the simplicity!

Thanks @swetzequity! At the moment to get multiple forms you'll need to create an account for each one but I'll change that in the future if it becomes an issue or I get lots of people with multiple accounts

@itsnblackburn @swetzequity Not sure as of yet, I'd need to look into it. The product is so new I don't yet have a really clear of who's going to be using it and how they'll use it so until those questions are answered I don't want to make any huge changes :)

Looks like a good idea

Was just talking about implementing something simple to collect feedback or bugs! Spending the $8 is much better than spending hours building our own version. Great job @mrjeremyblaze

@brandonshtein Glad you like it! Thanks heaps :)

Great price point! Do you see this replacing the basic Contact Us form on every site?
Jeremy Blaze
@onedurr These 'corner-of-the-screen' feedback systems have become synonymous with startups and small web apps. I'm hoping that by building this I'll save developers some time by not having to design, build and test their own or perhaps even just save them some money by not having to pay for a service like Intercom which may be more than what they need.
