Hey Hunters, I've built Feedback Navigator from a quick weekend project where I helped a friend quickly analyze hundreds of open ended survey answers. I thought this could be turned into a more polished product to allow companies to quickly gather and analyze all their existing customer feedback with AI. You can fetch Google Maps, TrustPilot, AirBnb, Booking, Tripadvisor or Yelp reviews automatically. There is also an option to upload a CSV or use a simple API to get your data in. I have also built in a simple webhook implementation that you can use to for example trigger a Zapier integration when new review is analyzed. For each space, you can define custom set of categories to be detected in the feedback. On top of basic categorization and sentiment analysis, Feedback Navigators also detects customer requests and issues (bugs) automatically. @mashy There are some neat tricks in the prompt to make sure that ChatGPT doesn't hallucinate categories that are unrelated to the feedback. Took a while to get it right. For the other question, I think the best approach is to funnel as much data into Feedback Navigator as possible and see what trend emerge in the categories and feature requests. From there you can dive deeper to each to see what the feedback mentions specifically. It's a great start for a PM for example to back their research into what to build next.
