Your hub for social analytics, scheduling, and audience insights. Fedica is the people-level social suite for creators whose audience lives across networks. Know who engages, what they care about, and where they're from instead of tracking follower counts alone. Schedule and crosspost on 12+ networks, tailor each post per platform, and reply from one inbox. Deep analytics on followers, competitors, and topics across X, Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, and more.
For creators who want to succeed when their fans are fragmented across platforms. Know who engages, what they care about, and where they're from, with deep audience segmentation and demographics. Publish tailored posts on 12+ platforms. Connect with engagers from one inbox. 15 years of audience intelligence, built on Tweepsmap's geographic foundation. We put the people back in your analytics.
People are choosing the platforms and communities where they feel most connected. Some are on X, others on Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads, Mastodon, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever comes next.
But something important gets lost when we only look at social through dashboards and numbers: the people behind the engagement.
Reviewers largely see Fedica as an easy, reliable tool for scheduling and analytics, especially for X/Twitter but increasingly across newer platforms like Bluesky, Mastodon, Pixelfed, and Pinterest. Users repeatedly praise follower tracking, demographic and location insights, weekly reports, and time-saving cross-posting. Several say it replaces multiple tools or handles niche networks better than alternatives. A founder of How Apps Are Built - 3: Khan Academy's mobile apps with Andy Matuschak also highlights simple multi-platform thread scheduling. Criticism is limited but specific: calendar layout, occasional publishing visibility, no unified inbox, and tighter free access.
I use this platform to help me mange my social media accounts. To help with easy to send on certain dates and times when we have campaigns and for everyday use. Love the feature on who showed you love and who left. I like this as we can see who is really following and is this an organic user or a bot. The feature to see where and who your audience is great. This is a must have to know your true social media followers. Having real and true organic people is imperative to our brand and business. You should try this platform and see how this compares to others.
I have been using Fedica (previously known as Tweepsmap) since June 2021. Everything about their service exceeds my expectations. I use it every week.
First and foremost, their website is incredibly user-friendly. Navigating through their platform was a breeze, and I was able to find the information I needed quickly. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy for novices to understand, and there are MANY tutorial videos.
The customer support at Fedica.com is top-notch. I had a few questions about Meta changes, and their support team was quick to respond and provided me with clear and helpful answers. Shout out to Samir for prompt responses.
I periodically shop around and hands down there is no other like Fedica.com. I can confidently say that their offerings are among the best in the industry. They are upfront about their rates and fees, so there are no surprises down the road. Five stars all the way!
I have been on X (Twitter) since 2009 and have been using Fedcia (formerly Tweekdeck) for years. It's a great application for managing my X account and provides a one-stop shop for following, unfollowing, analytics, and scheduling posts. With over 12 years of experience using Fedica, all I can say is if you're not using this app, you are missing out and not effectively growing your followers. and growing your company or personal brand.

Have to be honest I tend not to want to pay for social media addons so generally only sign up for the free plans. I used to use Buffer but have now used Fedica for several years. I can't remember now the reason for switching but whatever it was I'm now happy using Fedica and on the few occassions that I've had problems the team has been very responsive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend for what I use it for, basic posting to multiple sites (LinkedIn, BlueSky, Mastodon) using the calendar feature. I'm afraid I can't comment on the use fo the more sophisticated features.
We try to make Fedica to be simple for everyone to use, but also have more sophisticated uses that other tools cannot do. It's a careful balance but we love having people like you using the service!

Really like the framing @chrismessina used, turning scattered engagement into 'this is one actual person, reachable across platforms' instead of just more charts. Also love that you're personally answering every technical question in the thread, that's not nothing on launch day.
@joe_kindness101 Thanks for the comment Joe! Yes, we always like to respond to every questions online, customers, on social media, it's in our DNA! It always start with better customer service
