Love how this skips the usual setup headaches, the browser-based approach is a smart move. One thing that would make it even better is adding batch processing for multiple clips at once, since swapping faces across a long video one segment at a time gets pretty tedious. Maybe a queue system where you can drop in several files and let it work through them while you do something else.

You read my mind on the batch processing. Doing it one by one gets old fast. A queue system is exactly what the app needs next. I'll look into building this soon.
Love how easy this is to jump into without setting up a whole rig. One thing I'd love to see is a simple batch queue option so I can line up several clips and let them render while I step away, maybe with a basic progress bar and email notification when the longer ones finish.
Tried swapping my face into a clip of my dog running and it actually held up pretty well on movement. The no-download thing sold me on it right away.
