FaceRig

Watch the video on the site. Very impressive. I'm interested to see how this technology is used. Gaming is the most obvious but a simple group chat, maybe Chatroulette style, could be fun. FaceRig is currently raising money on Indigogo (http://www.indiegogo.com/project...).

I chatted with these guys a few months back. http://www.image-metrics.com/ We talked about doing something around gaming avatars (like what facerig is doing). There are quite a bit of folks with tech like this, but nobody has really found the killer consumer application. I am pretty sure the newest everquest has this integrated already. But don't quote me on that.
