FabFlow is a browser game about running a fictional semiconductor factory. Automation already moves the lots. You watch the line, open Decisions when something jams, and live with the trade-off. Start Pilot Line in one click. Orbit the miniature fab, read pressure on the floor, and clear holds, maintenance, and capacity choices before the audit clock runs out. Educational simulation with invented data. Not a real fab, recipe, or manufacturing instruction.

Which Vercel product did you use? What new capability did it give your team, and how did that shape the product you launched?

We used Vercel Hosting for FabFlow's Vite static site: https://fabflow-sim-game.vercel.app The new capability was a public play URL we could refresh after every first-shift change, with no app server to run. vercel.json builds the Vite app and rewrites /play to the game shell, so "Play your first shift" is a real route. Preview deploys let us orbit the 3D fab, open Decisions, and check holds on the live alias instead of handing around a local build. That shaped the product. FabFlow only works if someone can find the bottleneck and live with the trade-off in a browser. Because Vercel made the factory a link, we designed a one-click Pilot Line instead of an installer, and we kept the whole game client-side. The launch is the live miniature fab, not a trailer of one.

FabFlow started as a way to make factory judgment visible without copying a real fab. Automation already runs the line. The game is the moment a bay backs up, a tool needs maintenance, or a lot is stuck in metrology and you have to choose.
