Hey, i'm a solo dev and I built Eyemesh because I was frustrated with having to open heavy apps like Blender or Unity just to preview a 3D file. Eyemesh is a lightweight native macOS app — browse your 3D assets folders, preview models instantly, and even QuickLook them right from Finder. No import, no project setup, just open and view. You can also bookmark your favorite models to quickly find them later. It supports 17 formats (FBX, GLB, OBJ, USDZ, STL…), runs 100% locally on your Mac with Metal rendering, and includes tools like side-by-side comparison, material inspection, animation playback, and one-click exports.
