Save suppliers, capture notes, manage contacts, and never lose a follow-up again. Everything from the expo — organized in one place.

Hey everyone, I’m Kaloian, the maker of ExpoNote 👋
I built ExpoNote around a frustrating part of trade shows: you have interesting conversations, discover products and collect contacts—but afterwards, you’re left piecing together business cards, photos and scattered notes to remember what mattered.
While exploring the idea at ProWein in Düsseldorf, I noticed how many visitors still relied on paper. I wanted something simple enough to use between booths, with the details still useful when you get home.
ExpoNote brings your expo visits, contacts, product notes and follow-ups into one place. The goal is to remember more than someone’s name: why you wanted to speak to them again.
I’m building it with both sides of the booth in mind. Visitors want to take something useful away from their discoveries. Exhibitors want their conversations to lead to meaningful follow-ups.
And it’s designed to be useful from your very first visit—even if you’re the only person at the event using it. You don’t need the organiser or the people you meet to join before you can start saving contacts and organising your notes.
It’s currently free to use, and I’d love feedback from people who attend or exhibit at trade shows:
How do you currently keep track of your conversations and discoveries?
What would make ExpoNote worth using at your next event?
If you give it a try, tell me where it helps and where it feels like extra work. That’s what I most want to learn.
Thanks for taking a look!
