Hey Product Hunt! š
I'm Piotr, founder of Expiro.
The story behind this is simple ā I kept missing contract renewal deadlines. As an agency owner, I had client contracts scattered across spreadsheets, emails and folders. One day a contract expired and I only noticed when the client mentioned it. Awkward conversation, lost negotiation leverage.
So I built Expiro.
It's a contract renewal tracker built specifically for agencies and freelancers. You add your contracts, set up alerts, and Expiro emails you at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before each contract expires. No more surprises.
What makes it different:
ā Dead simple to set up ā 10 minutes and you're done
ā Built for agencies and freelancers, not enterprise
ā MRR dashboard so you always know your recurring revenue
ā File attachments ā store signed contracts in one place
ā Team access ā invite colleagues to manage contracts together
I built the entire thing in 10 weeks using Elixir and Phoenix LiveView. It's been a great learning experience and I'm excited to share it with the world.
14-day free trial, no credit card required. Would love your feedback! š

hey everyone - quick update on what's shipped since the launch on April 1
quite a lot has changed
renewal pipeline - contracts now move through stages like contacted, negotiating, renewal sent, renewed or lost. renewals feel more like a proper process now, not just a reminder
ROI calculator on the homepage - shows how much missed renewals might be costing you per year
Slack, Teams and Discord alerts - renewal notifications go straight to your team channel
calendar export - download all renewal dates as .ics and import to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar
contract assignment - assign a contract to a team member and they get the alerts directly
CSV import with automatic date detection - no reformatting needed when moving from a spreadsheet
internal notes on contracts - leave context for your team directly on the record
still building, still improving
if you have any questions or feedback, happy to hear it
