👋 Hi Product Hunt community! I’m excited to introduce ExaHealth today. 🚀 The idea behind ExaHealth came from a simple problem: our health information is scattered everywhere. Lab reports are stored as PDFs, prescriptions are in WhatsApp chats or drawers, medication details are difficult to track, and vital signs are recorded across different apps and devices. When we actually need a clear picture of our health, bringing everything together is surprisingly difficult. We built ExaHealth to change that. ❤️ ExaHealth brings lab reports, prescriptions, medications, vitals, and health history together in one place. Using AI, it helps organize and understand this information, track changes over time, and provide clear, guideline-based health insights. One area we care deeply about is family health management. Many of us live away from our parents or manage health information for children and other family members.
