👋 Hey PH! I built eWAIT after watching a barbershop in West LA lose half its walk-ins to clipboard chaos. There was so much confusion over how long the wait was and who was next, so I saw many customers leave and have a terrible customer experience.
Most queue tools are built for big enterprises or pre-booking. eWAIT is for small shops that have walk-ins: $15/month, 3-minute setup, and it runs on any phone or laptop — no kiosks, no customer app.
