I built this to heal from my social anxiety. I've taken multiple relevant techniques from psychology literature and my own therapy experience to make this good. This is obviously an early version and would love your thoughts and feedback and make this much better much faster. This was born out of frustrations from therapy but got massively inspired by it... If you've been using ChatGPT as your therapist, you'll probably like this. It takes that a step further. But the best way to use it would be to use it to dig deeper into your mind - then get your report - and follow up on your personal task list to actually heal and not just leave it at a conversation. (I personally recommend the Deep Exploration option in the app) Hope you like it... Will look forward to hearing from you!

I've been to a few therapists, where I felt I had narrated my story without much of feedback or cross questioning. This was much more refreshing cuz it felt like.. it was much more engaged and responsive in a manner that we could dive deeper into the issue
