Review of Eventbrite 8.0
Their platform and customer service sucks. Eventbrite's UI/UX sucks and I am trying to access and event and cannot because there is a "server error". The inability to contact a customer service representative shows that you do not care about your users and the ease of which they are able to make use of your platform.
