LOVE this product. Kirby + Tommy and team are world class builders. It's become an invaluable tool in my toolkit for building new products. I use it as a way to both get a pulse of mass market consumer expectations and gut check product assumptions. Surveys of course can't tell you if the market will adopt your product, but they're invaluable at identifying what and where problems exist and to help sharpen your solution. The quality is night and day between other types of surveys / UX research I've done in the past, in large part because the respondents are answering questions in a more comfortable environment (eg on their own phone in their own house). The realtime results feels like magic.
