How does the trusted contact flow work, like is there a time delay or proof of death step?

@karimbenkeroum When an access request is made, the account owner is notified and a waiting period begins. During this time, the owner can deny the request if it's unexpected. The waiting period is configurable, allowing users to balance convenience with security.
