One thing that would make it stickier for me though is a scenario simulator, let me tweak a hypothetical raise or promotion and see how the Inclusion Depth Score and any Egapro/EU directive flags shift in real time. It would turn a reporting tool into something I could actually use to defend budget asks to leadership.
