Love that you built an MCP endpoint so agents can query this directly, that is genuinely forward thinking. One thing that would make it stickier for me though is a scenario simulator, let me tweak a hypothetical raise or promotion and see how the Inclusion Depth Score and any Egapro/EU directive flags shift in real time. It would turn a reporting tool into something I could actually use to defend budget asks to leadership.
Plugged in a payroll export and the Egapro fields auto-mapped, which saved me an hour of fiddling. The MCP endpoint idea is genuinely cool, finally a compliance tool that plays nicely with the agents I'm already using.
Took the payroll import for a spin and the gap analysis popped out almost instantly with breakdowns I hadn't seen before, and the Egapro-ready export is a nice touch for anyone operating in France.
