Pros:lets me check how my sales and engagements are trending more easily than asking an assistant for a report. Alexa always knows
Cons:Need it tied to easily accessed report showing trend over time. Probably already exists, but haven't gotten to play with it enough.

One of our biggest challenges, and most time consuming duties, is reporting actionable metrics throughout the day across multiple client accounts. This Voice Analytics Skill has made it to where EVERYONE on the team is able to stay up to date with real-time analytics without having to dive into any software or programs.
Anyone serious about their business needs to have this in their life. We intended to test this out for a month before rolling out to the rest of the company, but after just a few days of implementation we realized that this is an absolute necessity for the entire team and have already added it into the daily workflow of the staff and are finding new and innovative ways to use it on a weekly basis.
So thankful to have found this product. Looking forward to new updates in the future
