I created ENFOCA T because I kept losing entire afternoons without realizing it, and all the "focus apps" I tried either blocked things I needed, judged me for "wasting time," or simply showed me a running timer.
I wanted something that would tell me the truth: where I invested my attention today. No blocking, no scoring, no shaming—just an honest map of my focus, distractions, and deep work, based on actual activity tracking on your device.
It’s a solo project, still in the early stages (v1.1), and I’d love to hear your feedback: what’s missing, what’s confusing, and what you’d like to see next.

Love the local-only approach, that alone makes me trust it more than the usual tracking tools. One thing I'd love is a weekly digest that highlights one or two patterns I probably missed, like "you do your best deep work between 10-11am on Tuesdays" so I can actually act on the data instead of staring at charts.

And that's a great idea — a weekly digest that surfaces 1-2 concrete patterns instead of leaving you to interpret graphs is exactly the kind of thing I want ENFOCA T to do more of. "Your best focus window is 10-11am on Tuesdays" is a perfect example of the format. I'm adding this to the roadmap — appreciate you spelling out exactly what you'd want instead of just "more insights" 🙏
the local-only data approach is genuinely refreshing, basically exactly what more tools should do by default. seven years to ship something this focused really shows in how restrained the whole thing feels.

Local-only was a deliberate choice from day one — I wanted something I'd actually trust to run on my own machine all day, so it felt wrong to ship anything that phones home by default. Really appreciate you noticing that it shows in how the whole thing feels — that's exactly the kind of feedback that makes the late nights worth it 😄
