If you run `npx endform test` instead of `npx playwright test` in your Playwright project, you will be guided through the process of setting up an account and running tests locally against your application! You can update your CI scripts with the same command to get it working on pull requests and deployments. Here's a template for GitHub actions for example https://endform.dev/docs/guides/getting-started#running-your-tests-in-ci
