One thing that would make this way more useful for me is a built-in shortlist comparison view, so I can see the top candidates side by side with their key skills and gaps highlighted. Right now it feels like the workflow ends at notifications, but the actual decision step still takes a lot of clicking around.

Would love to see a quick way to share shortlists with my hiring manager without exporting a CSV. Even just a public link with read only access that hides candidate contact info would save me a few steps every week.

finally checked out empikaai and the auto screening honestly saved me a couple hours this week, the notifications firing exactly when a resume matches feels pretty nice too.
A nice tool for cutting down screening time. One thing I'd love to see is a candidate ranking score with a short AI-written reason for each top applicant, so I can quickly understand why someone was flagged before opening the full resume.
