Launching today
Most small business owners face the same problem when trying to use AI tools: they don't have time for re-explaining their business in every chat. Empacer is designed to skip this part. Three questions at setup, then spoken requests become a ready plan and finished work: customer replies, social posts, invoices and more. Nothing is sent without the owner's approval.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Yerkebulan, Founder & CEO of Empacer.
Everyone keeps telling small business owners to "use AI." But watch a salon owner’s actual day: clients in the chair since morning, DMs piling up, this week’s posts still not written, and they are still expected to sit down, write prompts, and manage chat threads. Tools got smarter, but using them became another job.
Before building anything, we talked to dozens of small business owners across the US: salons, barbershops, auto services, photographers. The pattern repeated in almost every conversation: they don’t really want to learn AI. They want to give a task and see it done - simple as that.
So we built Empacer: a voice-first assistant for owners running a 1-10 person business from their phone. The idea is simple: You say what you need out loud, Empacer does the work, and nothing goes out without your approval.
And, the part I'm most proud of: Empacer doesn't wait to be asked. It learns your business during onboarding and comes up with your first week of work on its own.
How it works:
1️⃣ Answer three questions about your business
2️⃣ Empacer drafts your first week: Instagram posts, document drafts, and more
3️⃣ You review, edit, approve, and connect your tools
What you get:
🔌 Integrations. 1000+ tools for your business
🧠 Memory. A business profile that remembers everything you’ve said
✍️ Marketing content. Posts drafted around what makes your business worth choosing
💬 Communication. Customer messages about prices and hours answered in your voice

We'd love honest feedback on one thing in particular: Voice interfaces have been "the next big thing" for a long time. What’s stopped them from working for you so far?

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Kenessary, and I lead product at Empacer.
Yerkebulan covered the core, so I wanted to share how we arrived at the three-question onboarding and the suggested work plan.
Many business owners we spoke with wanted to use AI but got stuck at the blank chat. What should they ask? How much background should they give? Explaining their business and managing conversations felt like more work before seeing any benefit.
That’s why Empacer suggests a plan right after onboarding. It gives owners something relevant to review and act on, without having to figure out the first request themselves.
We start with three questions:
What’s your business called?
What makes you stand out?
Which tasks would you like to hand off?
We tried longer setups with questions about tone, audience and competitors, plus connecting tools up front. Every extra step pushed the first useful result further away, and most of those details can be picked up later as Empacer works. So we kept only the questions that change what goes into the first plan. Anything Empacer infers on its own shows up in the profile, so owners can correct it instead of filling it in.
The answers give us the starting context for that plan. Empacer remembers those details for future tasks, so owners don’t have to keep introducing their business.
Early user interviews reinforced this direction. One owner valued getting an ad ready to publish; another wanted to name a product and have a week's promotion planned around it. We also heard that figuring out the right commands still took too much effort. That's a useful reminder for us: suggesting work should make the next step easier, too.
We'd love to hear from business owners here: what’s the task you’d hand off on day one? Content, customer messages, bookings, ads, something we haven't thought of. Tell us what it is and how you handle it today, it directly shapes what Empacer suggests in the first plan.
This looks very promising for SBO! What do people reach for most so far, drafting their posts or answering customer messages? Congrats on the launch team @yakhmetzaki @vehsakam
@yana_abazher Thanks! Most of our users reach for the marketing side first - posts and content are the quickest win after onboarding. But it's not limited to that: customer replies, price lists, documents. Empacer is built to do whatever eats up the owner's day.
Good product Empacer team, congrats your launch!
Do I need to install anything on my Mac?
@ihsany Thanks, Ihsan! Nothing to install, Empacer can run right in your browser on Mac. Also, if you want it on your phone, an Android app is already in Google Play, and iOS is coming soon.
@xanderiang
Fair question!
The difference is everything around the chat. No juggling threads - it’s one screen with a mic button, not twenty conversations and projects, and no retelling your business every time you start fresh. Empacer already knows your services, prices and how you talk to clients.
Apparently, this is also a reason for why there’s no prompting: you say what you need in plain words and, because Empacer remember all important information, it gets to the finished work right away. Most tools today require you to be a part-time prompt engineer. Empacer’s whole point is that business owners never have to be one.
congrats with the launch! curious who this is mainly for. solo owners, or does it work for a small business with a few people too?
@stafox Thanks for the question! It's built around the owner first: the person who run the place and carries all the small tasks in their head. If you have a few people, it works the same way, whoever handles the posts and customer messages talks to Empacer and approves what goes out.
One thing I always check with tools like this: is business data used to train the models or it stays inside the account?
@sutarmin
No, we don't use any data for model training, and our agreements with AI providers prohibit them from training on it as well. What you put in stays in your account, and you can disconnect any app whenever you want.
