Your cold emails are probably landing in spam, junk, and categories folders more than you think! Automatically warm up your email with Boxward, land in more inboxes, and make more sales.
@ryan_wardell1 The average time we recommend for a brand new email is 4 weeks. And in that time, you shouldn’t be using that email for anything else. Some people do warm-up for 2 weeks, others 2 months. But, 4 weeks is good. If your email has already been in use for awhile, you can put it on a Maintain warmup routine, which is designed to keep your deliverability good once you're warmed up and sending your outreach emails.

Say I don’t use a warmup service and just send cold emails. What difference would it make?
@toeknee123 Hi Tony! If you don’t do warmup and you start sending cold emails, you can expect the emails to mostly land in spam folders. This is because, with cold emails, you will generally see a lower open rate and reply rate compared with emails between you and established contacts. And email service providers (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, etc.) know what cold email open / reply rates look like, so if they see that kind of engagement from your emails, they will send your emails to spam folders.
The email warmup process automatically gets good open / reply rates for your warmup emails, so that email providers see this, and this way they are more likely to make it so your cold emails go to the main inbox instead of spam.
