An AI gamekeeper commands an entire war, and your inbox is the battlefield. Every fight gets a scenario invented just for it: a temple siege, a war at sea, a duel of spies. The AI writes your battle dispatches, forges an arsenal to match each world, and referees every outcome. You reply to command your troops. Win RUX, raid the loser's war chest, call out friends by CC'ing them into battle. Supplies boost your odds. Nothing guarantees a win. The war moves daily, with or without you.

I built Email Royale to make you actually want to check your email.
What makes it different:
- An AI gamekeeper runs the whole war. It invents a brand new scenario for every single battle, no two fights are the same, and designs the arsenal to match (battering rams for a siege, depth charges at sea).
- You play by replying to email. 1, 2, or 3. That's the whole interface.
- Real stakes: win and you take 10% of your opponent's war chest ("RUX"). The leaderboard is live and persistent.
- Strategy matters. Supplies raise your odds but never guarantee a win, and the AI referees it all.
It's free to play. Reply FIGHT to your enlistment email and you're at war within minutes. I'd love your feedback, and if you want to fight me directly, I'm ROYALE-1. Ask me anything!
