@davida_ginter1 Hi Davida, I find this interesting as I know and work with "the majority". How do you qa the first outputs to drive delight > disappointment and build in continuous improvement; Most people will try a tool and if it doesn't "hit the spot" then you've lost them.
@zolani_matebese great observation. We built a mechanism that improves the agent's output based on monitoring performance. The agents are connected to the users' goals and business context - so they can course-correct and self-improve.
