If you search for "elo" on google images you can do a "full branding global search". Recommend you to replace it to not have problems with trademarks in the future.

@andreasduess you sir are way ahead of the curve! Alternatives would be awesome if we approached the idea of our own straws. Sadly this does require some call to action! Straws are a bad habit. But absolute abstinence is way out of scope. Cheers

@magnuson Hey, The idea when making the video with plastic cups was to show that the straw and the overall straw bans occurring around the world, started with the straw and that we have a ways to go to removing or replacing single plastic products from the fast serve marketplace. ELO is my first product launch from the company Elo Labs, which will look at other disruptive products that would affront plastic items like cups. But we are just starting and yes plastic cups will be in market but look how far the straw ban has come! Up next cups and lids! Cheers,

@magnuson plastics are a problem, yes, but straws are a different type of problem because they simply fall off of the sorting machines at recycling plants.

@magnuson Agreed, but straws specifically are made with a non recyclable byproduct of petroleum, so it simply can't be recycled like other plastics.

@askdaylen Hi! The elo straw and app will be just one of those metal straws on Amazon after the KS campaign! There are metal straws all over the net! elo was created to be branded to raise awareness about alternatives. The media has been putting a lot of focus on abstinence (no straws) paper straws and the plastic scourge created by quick serve restaurants and their role in the mess that is plastic single use straws. It is my belief that we can change habits and refuse and reuse straws that can be in your home, work and bag! I most definitely did not think I would be carrying a 3 by 5 inch smartphone in my pocket! A starw is just like a pen in a bag! So that is the intent to change our habits!

@amrith Hi, Thanks for asking! This journey began early this year! having no idea that the straw bans were on the horizon! I was passionate about creating something that would be better used than plastic straws that I was seeing everywhere in my local park and street (just littering everywhere) on the ground and realizing that I just use and tossed straws away and it actually made me sad and realizing how long I have used straws. So much plastic is used one time and no benefits for anything and then that made me mad! It's a bad habit! I have tech background so the app came easily to iterate the idea of a cessation with education interface built in. So combining my passions for entrepreneurial ventures I began developing the Jumbo straw that you see today! I really got a buzz on for the rapid prototyping capabilities and tech involved to create this! I believe it was also the fact that I would be the 1st in the world to brand a metal straw, which kind of made it exciting! I had no idea that there was a straw ban movement brewing at the time! I had read an article about UK McDonald's and paper straws but otherwise I thought I was way ahead of the curve. I thought this would be a great alternative to the base line metal straws currently offered and I wanted to differentiate and use the lightest and most recyclable metal to boot! and that pretty much is it!
