How does the AI guidance actually handle country-specific visa rules, especially when policies change pretty often?
@sleymanimefent Great question! This is actually one of the problems we're solving.
Rather than relying on a static knowledge base, Elixar combines retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), continuously updated country-specific resources, and contextual AI reasoning. That allows guidance to be tailored to the student's destination, profile, and stage of the application process instead of returning generic answers.
As we continue expanding our data pipeline, we're incorporating more frequently updated sources so users receive guidance that reflects the latest available requirements. For critical decisions like visa applications, we also direct students to the relevant official government or embassy sources for final verification.
Our goal is for Elixar to become a trusted study abroad copilot—from university discovery all the way through visas and enrollment.
Finally a hub for study abroad that doesn't feel like a maze. The scholarship search alone would have saved me hours last year when I was applying, and the AI guidance feels tailored rather than generic.
