(I hope we were able to explain our idea simply otherwise it would be an irony 😁) Features: Answer challenging questions: Put on your explainer hats and simplify challenging concepts. Daily new questions: We know being asked the same questions could be annoying, but we will ensure you get new ones daily. Post your questions: We understand that apart from the questions we post, there are many other concepts which need to be explained simply. We would love you to post your own questions and have them answered for you. Explore top answers: You can explore the top answers to the questions and see what can help you improve your skills!! (Don’t worry we all start somewhere) Share and challenge your friends: Share the questions with your friends and see if they can better you!! (Having bragging rights is always good) Leaderboard: A leaderboard to show off your amazing explaining skills to the whole world. Streak: Answer questions daily to maintain your streak(who doesn’t like to have one). Coming Soon Eli5 Say: Eli5 Say is a community where you can explore the mysteries of the world together! Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for users to discuss complex topics and learn from one another. Explain with visual media: A picture is worth a thousand words, and we don’t want to limit creativity only to text. You would be able to use other forms of media to explain your answers better. Manage your profile and follow top profiles: You can customize your profile as you want and also follow other profiles on the platform. Overall an amazing experience, getting to learn difficult concepts in easy way and from different people and getting to know their perspectives helps me broaden the concept! Kudos to the great Idea!

Great Initiative Guys. In the world of jargons and technicals, layman's perspective has become extinct. This was much required to get back to the basics. Kudos to both of you for starting this out. Cheers.

This is super cool! I think this is a great concept that could grow into a really fun way to learn. Are you considering building an app as well? I've encountered a few small issues on the website (on desktop, chrome): - When on a question page, I don't seem to have a way to click my way back to the homepage (generally by clicking the brand name) - When hovering the trending questions on the homepage, the cursor does not change to a pointer hand which in terms of usability does not indicate I can click them - When reloading the homepage, I can see a lot of "undefined" elements until the page is fully loaded - I found it difficult to figure out how to reply to a question, the button is not where most users would be expect it to be for a discussion/thread type of UI (there would usually be an empty input field as well) - "Just hit EIL5 button follow the basic rule" seems like a typo? Hope some of that helps, congrats on the launch!
