Eigin is a booking platform built for independent beauty pros. You get your own booking page — not a listing next to competitors — and Eigin never takes a commission: flat pricing with a free plan. What makes it different: • AI consultations — an AI assistant answers client questions about complex services 24/7 and turns late-night DMs into qualified requests • Deposits & no-show protection via Stripe, paid straight to you • Clients book in seconds, no app or account needed Web + iOS.

Love that you skip the commission model, that alone makes me want to switch from my current setup. One thing I'd really love to see is a built-in client notes or allergy/preference section that auto-attaches to each booking, so when someone rebooks six months later I already have their history without digging through old texts.
@aliakboae8xr This one's close to home — I'm a hairdresser myself, and digging through old texts for someone's formula is exactly the pain I built this to kill. Eigin already has per-visit notes on the client card where you keep color formulas and history, so a rebooking six months later shows the full record. Photo attachments on those notes are the next step I'm working on. Allergy/preference as a dedicated field is a good call — noted.
Love that there's no commission and clients don't need an app. One thing that would help me a lot: a built-in feature to send automated rebooking reminders or "it's been 8 weeks since your last appointment" nudges via text or email. Right now I track that manually and always forget.
@hamzasefil3idj The manual tracking problem is real — "it's been X weeks" nudges are one of the highest-value things a solo pro can automate, and independent masters keep asking for exactly this. It's on the roadmap. I'd rather ship it well than fast, so I'm not putting a date on it yet, but it's a priority. How do you handle it today — spreadsheet, memory, something else?
Booked a test slot in under a minute and the AI consultation actually answered my weird questions about a treatment. No app download was a nice surprise.
@peksuyurswaj Thanks İpek — the no-download part was a deliberate call. Most of our users' clients won't install yet another app, so the whole booking flow has to work in the browser. Glad the AI consultation handled the odd questions; it's the piece I was least sure about, so that's good to hear. What treatment were you asking about, out of curiosity?
How does the AI consultation actually handle really specific stuff like allergy questions or chemical service nuances — does it know when to loop me in instead of guessing?
