How does the SMS and online payment module actually work for schools that don't have a merchant account set up yet, and is there a per-transaction fee on top of that 150k?
@sedefgzsa For the SMS module, you can use your own bulk SMS provider or gateway to send messages.
For the payment module, if the school does not have a merchant account, users can make payments using the Send Money option. They will need to submit the transaction ID along with proof of payment, and the payment can then be verified and recorded in the system.
There are no additional charges beyond the BDT 150,000 software price. The only recurring cost is the annual maintenance fee of BDT 35,000.
Really like how all the portals are bundled together, that saves schools a lot of hassle. One thing I'd love to see is a proper offline mode for the teacher app, since connectivity in some rural areas of Bangladesh is still spotty and teachers lose attendance data when the network drops.
@shayleem50530 Thank you for your valuable feedback. Offline mode is already part of our roadmap, and we'll be working on this feature very soon. We believe it will provide a much more reliable experience for teachers, especially in areas with unstable internet connectivity.
