Just stumbled on to this service today. This is slightly similar to Operator (http://www.producthunt.com/posts...) that was posted yesterday. These simple text interfaces are really starting to grow.
One negative to text based businesses like this is they are extremely duplicatable. All you really need is a Google Voice number and the labor to meet the demand.

Looks very similar to magic (http://getmagicnow.com/). With recent round of funding (https://www.crunchbase.com/organ...) they are getting stronger it looks like. Will be Interesting to see who will dominate this new variation of on demand service.
