Most AI tools help you apply faster. EarlyWise helps you decide smarter—before the interview. What's different: • Decision-first, not volume-first: evaluate if a role is worth your time • Risk analysis, not just matching: spot unclear expectations and red flags in the JD • Prep from first screening: tailored questions + company insights, not after the offer • Bilingual: English & Chinese Bottom line: Not another "apply faster" tool. The research assistant you wish you had.

How do you pull the company insights and JD red flag analysis, is it scraping live job postings or working from a static dataset?
@nuriyeyflm Great question! Right now it's not scraping live job postings. You paste the JD directly into EarlyWise, and the analysis runs against that specific posting. So it's on-demand, not a static dataset. This way you get a fresh read on every role you're considering, not just generic company info. Scraping live postings is definitely something I'm considering for later, but I wanted to start with a flow that keeps control in the user's hands.
The risk analysis on job descriptions caught me off guard, it flagged vague seniority expectations on a listing I was excited about and probably saved me from a frustrating loop. Really like the bilingual angle too since my searches bounce between English and Chinese postings.
@mcahitbmkn This is exactly what I hoped EarlyWise would do, catch the stuff that looks fine on the surface but costs you time later. That vague seniority flag is so easy to rationalize away when you're excited about a role, but it usually means something real. And thanks for noticing the bilingual support! I wanted it to feel natural no matter which language you're searching in.
The risk flags on the JD caught me off guard in a good way, it actually called out vague "fast-paced environment" phrasing I'd have glossed over. Wish I had this when I was grinding through applications last month.
@kymetigeg Really appreciate the comment. This means a lot! Especially from someone who's been through the grind. That's exactly why I built EarlyWise: to help you know before you go.
The 'fast-paced environment' flag is one of my favorites, so common yet so easy to miss. Curious what other vague phrases burned you in the past? I'm constantly tweaking the prompts to catch more of these, and your experience would really help.
how does the risk analysis actually work in practice, like does it flag vague JDs automatically or do you have to upload and wait for a report?
@defnexdwh In practice, you simply paste the job description into the tool, and the analysis is ready in a few seconds, no uploads, no waiting around. It flags things like job descriptions that pile on responsibilities across different areas, phrases like “fast-paced environment” that can sometimes signal a heavier workload, or cases where the compensation doesn’t seem to match the level of responsibility being asked for. It’s designed to be instant, so you can analyze any role you’re considering right when you’re reading it.
