Duovox Mate Pro uses the next-gen Sony STARVIS 2 sensor to achieve the most advanced true-color night vision of scenes up to 1,000 feet away. Capture never-before-seen 2K video footage on moonless nights, with less ambient light than 1/120,000th of a candle!

Hey Hunters, Dave here, founder of Duovox and creator of the Duovox Mate Pro night vision camera. A few years ago, we embarked on a journey to bring better night-vision cameras to consumers. We did this initially for dashcams, using high-end backlit sensors and big intuitive screens, to help drivers make sense of what’s hundreds of meters in front of them, as well as what’s coming up behind them. Over time, we perfected the modern true-color night vision package. Unlike those green- or gray-scale night vision goggles, or infrared, or thermal… our technology takes existing ambient light and magnifies it 1,000s of times. That means that even on a moonless night in the middle of nowhere in nature, with only light coming from the stars, you can record clear 2K video. We’ve improved our bionic AI Assist Dynamic Algorithm to ensure better 3D noise reduction, and white balance automatic gain to achieve a more stable and accurate night vision. It’s not perfect, there’s still some noise, but remember that these are pitch black images we’re talking about! And I guess it’s worth putting it into comparison. If you took a similar picture with your phone, or any modern DSLR/mirrorless camera — even the industry-leading low-light champ, the Sony a7s III — your photo would just come out black. Duovox Mate Pro captures up to 22.25 stops of dynamic range, over 145% more than the Sony and 200% more than the iPhone 13 Pro Max. And all of this is in a camera much like those point-and-shoots most of us are used to seeing. Nothing that you need to go to art school to learn how to operate, no extra lenses, flashes (although there is a built-in flashlight), remotes, or anything else! I’d love to answer any questions, about our Duovox Mate Pro, the innovations behind it, or even the science behind low-light sensors… so shoot me a comment below and let’s get the discussion going!
