Org chart, office map, time off, knowledge base, 360-reviews, pulse surveys, grades, goals, 1-1s and work reports — in one portal instead of five tools. Free for up to 10 people. Run it in our cloud or on your own servers.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built DTPulse because we kept solving the same problem badly: the org chart lived in a slide deck, time off in a spreadsheet, policies in a shared folder, and reviews in a Google Form someone rebuilt every quarter. Five tools, none of them talking to each other, all of them out of date by week three.
DTPulse puts it in one portal:
• Org chart — the whole company as a tree, profiles one click away
• Time off — one calendar with your own absence types, quotas and approval rules
• Knowledge base — policies and handbooks with search and per-article access rights
• 360-reviews and pulse surveys — your own competencies, eNPS, work-life balance
• Grades, goals, 1-1s, work reports, awards, birthdays, office map
Two things that make it different from the usual HR suite:
**You can self-host it.** Same product, your servers, your database. Cloud, private cloud or on-premise — the choice isn't tied to the price tier. For teams where HR data leaving the perimeter is a non-starter, this is usually the whole conversation.
**It's honest about limits.** Every plan has a concrete cap — no "unlimited" that turns into a sales call. Free is genuinely free for up to 10 people (not a trial), a 14-day trial covers any plan, and pricing is flat per company rather than per seat.
There's a live demo on the site — no signup, just click through the real thing with real data.
I'm here all day and would love to hear what's missing for your team. Especially curious about two things: which tool would DTPulse have to replace first to be worth switching, and — for anyone who has looked at self-hosting HR software — what stopped you last time?
