Drivecast

(The app is still pre-release and we are here to collect your feedback for the launch set in a couple of months) We set out to create Drivecast to make streaming available in cars. For every step we take, we have you, the driver, in mind. Use it to go for a ride with your friends while maintaining social distance measures or make new friends online. Drivecast is simple, easy to use, and does not require your attention while driving. At the same time it delivers fast and low-latency streaming via your mobile connection. Let us make sure you look good while you enchant your listeners. There are plenty of streaming apps out there but none that you particularly want to use in a car. With Drivecast it’s as easy clip your phone into the holder open the app go live. The app will take care of the rest. It will notify your followers and depending on the number of followers might connect you with another fellow driver in a totally different place. This gives you the option to talk and have fun with your audience. If somebody comments by typing a message it will automatically be read out to you. We also take particular care of your privacy. You can set privacy areas, in which the video is shown blurred and your audience is left in the dark about where you live or work. You will still be able to tell your viewers to tune in next time before the live stream is finally over. Shortly after the release, our team will enable the feature to be rewarded directly by your audience in the app. Who knows? You might just make your living already on the way to your work.
