A little roadmap of things we’re digging: 👉🏼 Slack integration, to send notifications to project channel about new screen uploads; 👉🏼 On screen commenting for fast feedbacks on your designs. They will be also pushed to Slack; 👉🏼 Revisions, I don’t think we need a whole history of screen revisions, but the last 3-5 will be fine; 👉🏼 Sketch plugin for direct upload artboards to Drafta. There will be more, if users decide to include Drafta to their design workflow 🙏🏼

About 7 years ago we started a tiny internal tool, what helped us managing design process making websites and interfaces. Our clients were happy about clear and structured sitemap with screens, without having to search emails or pm-tools for latest design revisions. Any screen can be opened by link without any registration and in zero-ui interface, focusing on itself without distractions. Like that https://drafta.co/3865188/2964376 After that came prototyping tools like Marvel and Invision, there we started linking screens one to each other, but if the project was more than 20-30 screens, it was impossible to show different screens states or resolutions, so we have to go back to Drafta and show project design screens in a sitemap order. Some examples: https://drafta.co/1726574/79 https://drafta.co/6878818/7285875 Drafta means transparency in project structure. On the left, a sidebar features page names, serving as the sitemap. It makes easy to navigate between screens, especially when you are working on a project with 70+ pages in different stages of completion. So this is our new product launch and we are very hungry for feedback 😊

I wanted to add idea that there should be sketch sync plugin to sync artboards and upload. Also what would be great is to add zip / sketch / ps file to download since this would be perfect for something "set in stone" and people can go back to it and re-download assets.

Pros:

Can be used as online design system preview and brand guidebook. Easy to use.

Cons:

Don't want to point out my ideas as cons, so read more below

Awesome 👏 work @karlplaude1 , this was quite a requirement teams needed. Alternate use case will be using to showcase design portfolio 💼.

This is awesome! First I couldn't see the value this adds but now I think this will be a great way to showcase my portfolio/work to clients. Just send them a link that has all the web designs on Drafta. Never found the time to make a website so I was using a drive folder as an alternative till now.

@sumit_designs thanks for your feedback. If you have any comments after first use, I’ll be glad to hear them! 🙏🏼

really cool. i see a lot of potential for this product in the organized handoff between design - development, so pls integrate an option to see sketch measurements and properties when uploading trough the sketch plugin :)
