Domiclic is a free tool for anyone starting a business in France. Answer a few questions about your project — freelance, e-commerce, holding, non-resident — and get a clear recommendation: which legal status (micro, EURL, SASU, SARL…), the steps to set it up, and where to register your company's address. No jargon, no sales pitch, just a straight answer in under two minutes. Built by a licensed business-domiciliation operator, not a generic legal blog.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I run a licensed business-domiciliation service in France, and one question kept coming back from people starting out: "which legal status should I pick, and where do I register my company's address?" The existing answers are either the government's dense simulators or legaltech sales funnels.
So I built Domiclic — a free tool that asks a few questions about your project (freelance, e-commerce, holding, non-resident…) and gives you a straight recommendation: the right status (micro, EURL, SASU, SARL…), the steps to create it, and where to domicile your company. No jargon, ~2 minutes.
It's France-focused for now. I'd love feedback from anyone who's been through (or is dreading) company setup — what was the most confusing part for you?

Love that someone with actual domiciliation credentials built this instead of another generic legal content site. The "no sales pitch, straight answer" framing feels like exactly what someone googling "EURL vs SASU" at midnight actually needs.

Love that it skips the upsell and just tells you the status you actually need. Built by someone who lives in this world daily makes a real difference compared to the usual legal blog maze.
