Interesting choice to have Adsense on your homepage. Was the revenue for that ad tested against impact on conversion? Certainly makes the site seem less trustworthy IMO.

@stan hi 👋 I hadn’t thought about advertising as something that made websites ‘less trustworhty’ That’s an interesting view point. The advertising space on the home page will eventually be reserved for complimentary brands or full site takeovers. As a free service for users we’ve got to get creative in how we bring in revenue. How would you have done it differently if it was your site?

@jessicaj38 I wouldn't put an ad on the homepage if it were my site. The goal of the homepage is to get users to sign up, and then you can engage them and monetize their engagement.

I have been using DogBuddy in the UK for the past year and a half which has been a real life saver for dog care. Great to see this service launch in Australia with Dogshare. Any global expansion plans @jessicaj38?

@ems_hodge hi 👋 thanks for your feedback! No immediate global plans however if we can prove a sustainable model that our customers love here in AUS 🇦🇺 then a global expansion would be very exciting!

Such a useful application. Thanks for your work. maybe it is possible to connect your app with such service as http://dogpeer.com.au. There have such a big database of guides of how to take care of your dog.
