Hey Product Hunt!
I built Docraise because many invoice tools feel unnecessarily complicated. They often require an account, push users into accounting workflows, or provide very limited design control.
I wanted a simpler flow: open the editor, enter your business and client details, customize the document, and export a polished PDF or PNG in just a few minutes.
Docraise currently supports invoices, receipts, estimates, and proforma invoices, with automatic totals, multiple currencies, multilingual labels, logos, colors, and visual elements. No signup is required, and document data stays in the browser.
Love the no-signup approach and the local editing for privacy. One thing that would seal the deal for me is a saved client library, so I can store names, addresses, and tax IDs once and auto-fill them into new invoices instead of retyping everything each time.
@elmastrkbadx3w Thank you, this is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. A saved client library with reusable names, addresses, and tax IDs would make repeat invoicing much faster. I’m adding this to the roadmap and would love to keep it privacy-friendly, ideally with local storage first.
Love how no signup is required, that alone sold me on trying it. One thing I'd find super useful is a saved client list so I don't have to retype names and addresses every time, maybe with quick autofill when I start typing. Would make repeat invoicing way faster.
@kkuruscu9317 Really glad that landed! autofill is a great shout, that's exactly the kind of repeat use friction I want to kill next. Noting it down, appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Made my first invoice in under a minute without creating an account, which honestly felt like a small miracle. The multilingual labels and currency toggle are surprisingly handy for my freelance work abroad.
@ibegen72484 Thank you so much! I’m really glad it felt that simple and fast. Hearing that the workflow worked smoothly on your first try is incredibly helpful.
love how quick it is without the signup hassle. one thing that would seal the deal for me is a recurring invoice option so i could auto generate and send monthly bills to repeat clients instead of remaking them every time.
@smet1588346 Thank you! Recurring invoices are a great suggestion. Would duplicating a previous invoice already cover most of your use case?
The local editing approach is a nice touch, makes me trust it more than another cloud account. Customized an invoice in under a minute and the PDF export looked clean.
@kasmova72003 Thank you! I’m glad the local editing and PDF export felt trustworthy and smooth.
Love that it saves locally and skips the sign-up wall entirely, the fact I can build a clean invoice in a browser tab and export to PDF without ever creating an account feels like the right default for freelancers.
@esila23rx Thank you! That’s exactly the experience I wanted to create: open a browser tab, build the document, export it, and move on without creating another account.
I’m also working on a Brand Kit feature so users can save their logo, colors, and business details for reuse. It’s still coming soon, but if that would make Docraise more useful for you, I’ll prioritize developing it.
