Doc Regia is a complete document automation pipeline inside Google Sheets. Create Google Forms, design templates, and auto-generate personalized Docs or PDFs every time a response comes in without ever leaving the add-on. Receive generated documents, review them, sign them by hand if needed, and return them to respondents. Monitor everything with no tab-switching, no cell-hunting, no external tools. Built for schools, HR teams, small businesses, and anyone tired of repetitive paperwork.

Hey everyone! 👋 I'm a teacher, trainer, and IT manager at a school in Italy.
Over the past few years, digitalization has been rolled out more and more aggressively, and every year I found myself generating hundreds of personalized documents, certificates, minutes, authorizations from form responses. The process was always the same: collect data in Google Forms, switch to Sheets, read through hundreds of cells, open Docs, copy-paste, format, export to PDF, email, repeat. Even trying to implement scripts didn't help much, since each form still required a huge amount of time to code everything from scratch.
So I built Doc Regia: a Google Sheets add-on that lets you work without ever leaving Sheets. The sidebar manages the add-on's thematic environments. The real work happens in panels accessible from a main panel that contains all your projects. A project includes a form, a template, and a folder for generated and returned documents all automatically created and managed by Doc Regia.
Create forms, design templates, auto-generate Docs or PDFs for every response, receive documents back, review them, sign by hand if needed, and return them all from floating panels, never switching tabs.
I'd love your feedback, especially if you also deal with repetitive documents in Google Workspace. What would make this tool more useful for your workflow?
