I’m Vicky, the maker behind DJ Equalizer.
I built this out of personal frustration with the macOS audio stack. Whenever I switched between headphones, external monitors, and MacBook speakers, I was constantly dealing with uneven audio mixes, quiet YouTube videos, and no native way to control sound per-application without bulky DAWs.
We originally launched a direct version on the web at ap0t.com/dj-equalizer, and after seeing organic sales and strong early validation come in from that page, I knew it was time to bring it to the broader maker community here.

Preset Usability: Are the default acoustic curves hitting the right sweet spots for your headphone setups?
Feature Requests: What audio routing or DSP feature is missing from your daily macOS setup?
