Your one stop solution as a Xero UK user to generate HMRC compliant dividend vouchers along with required documentation such as board meeting minutes. Preview and post dividends from the app UI. The app will create SPEND transactions with the documents attached for each shareholder in Xero along with emailing the documents to each shareholder for their safe keeping. Future expansion planned to also support Quickbooks in the UK.
