@michael_shang It can be buggy when moving between scene generation and scene animation ! It won't recognize that I have selected the scenes and requires several reps!

@aris_nakos If you have time now, you can give it a check. I just updated it :) I suspected it was because the jump to animation tab did not wait until the scenes were saved properly. (My guess is that you did not try the save button on bottom left corner) Now, there is a wait. Please let me know if it is fixed in your case. It has always worked properly in my browser, maybe because I am closer to the server so there is little lag.

@benjamin_sloutsky a whole movie will take a while. The 2min clip you see takes about 2-3 hours. About half of that time is me exploring, brainstorming and trying to put a valid story together using Directin AI. Making a movie, let’s say 60 minutes, will take disproportionately longer due to its sheer complexity, but I still believe Directin AI turns a 10 thousand hour work into hundreds - manageable by a single person.

@1lastshot Brett, thank you for your comment. There are quite a few similar tools coming out in these weeks. There are clearly more than one group seeing the potential here and although functions might resemble, the target audiences are usually different. At early stages, only through the nuances one may be able to tell. But no doubt, the differences will show as time progresses. And, the lorem ipsum is gone now. Thank you for going out of your way to notify our mistake. We appreciate that! 😄

@access24 Great question. To be honest, I will try to keep it free as long as my wife doesn't feel like there is a hole in our pocket. If enough people enjoy using it, it most likely will start off maybe $20 a month for a tier that most people would be happy with. This tool is designed for non-professionals. Pricing model will definitely keep that in mind as well.

@vladislav_proshinsky You are right. We are waiting for Sora as well and we believe it would dramatically upgrade the quality of source clips. However, we are not the same tool as Sora, Pika or other video Generating tools. Have you watched the recent short films releaved by Sora, created by film artists? Directin AI is a tool to put videos and everything else together. Artists will be using both Sora and Directin AI maybe sequentially, maybe at the same time. We believe with the help of AI, the whole automated process of filmmaking could be greatly automated and done in one tool, which finally means even non-professional fans can manage it and start their own creation.
