Hey everyone,
Quick backstory: DineCraft started as a thing I built for myself. Every Sunday I'd sit at the kitchen table trying to figure out what we were going to eat that week, scribbling a shopping list that always ended up missing something, and then on cook nights I'd be poking at a phone screen with messy hands trying to find the next step.
The first version was just those three things. A planner that gave me a full week of meals. A shopping list grouped by where stuff actually lives in the supermarket. And a cook companion that kept the screen on and let me swipe between steps without touching anything important.
Then I kept adding stuff. I started tracking macros, so I added macros. Pretty quickly I realized AI on its own can only estimate macros, not actually calculate them, so I added a Pro pipeline that validates every ingredient against the USDA food database. Most recipes are for a single meal, so household scaling. At some point I stepped back and thought, okay, this might actually be useful to people other than me.
So here it is. Free to start. Two modes: Simple if you just want dinner sorted, Pro if you care about exact macros. Cook Mode is the part I'm most proud of, and where I most would like feedback.
If anything's broken, confusing, or missing, tell me. I read every comment.
Thanks for taking a look.
