Add your tasks and it builds your day in Google Calendar: hardest work in your peak hours, 90 min blocks with real breaks, shallow work after. Run the day with a focus panel and an AI companion, then review what got done and track your deep work over time.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I couldn't stay focused for a long time. I'd sit down to work and within minutes I was on my phone. What fixed it was reading Cal Newport and planning my days his way: hard work first, shallow stuff later, real breaks in between.
The part I kept failing at was the planning itself. Working out tomorrow every evening took effort, and every time I skipped it the old habits came back. So I built Deep Focus Planner to do that step for me.
How it works:
• You add your tasks and AI sorts them into deep and shallow work
• It builds the day in your Google Calendar: hardest work in your peak window a few hours after waking, ~90 min blocks with breaks, around the meetings you already have
• During the day you get a focus panel for the current block, plus a Focus Companion you can ask to move things around when plans change (it suggests, you approve)
• Afterwards you review what actually happened and track your deep work hours and streaks
There's a free tier (5 schedules a day, 10 active tasks) and Pro is €12/mo.
It's early and I'm building it solo, so I'd really love honest feedback, especially on whether the scheduling matches how your focus actually works. I'll be here all day answering everything 🙏
