Deel is the most intuitive HR/payment platform I have ever used. It's easy for the hired person to navigate invoices, regular payments, expenses, payment anticipation, and others. One very important improvement is the possibility for the hirer to approve an imediate payment when they are approving in invoice late and the scheduled date of payment have passed. Exemplifying: I have an invoice that is supposed to be paid every 30th, my employer forgot or didn't have the time to approve the invoice I submitted on the 28th, he just approved it on the 2nd. In those cases, the system only effectively makes my payment on the 30th of the current month and not immediate as it is suppose to be considered it is late.

I haven't had issues so far, funds are always in my balance in time. A choice of withdrawal methods and good customer service via chat.

I've been using it for a year and a half and so far, so good. I always received answers and help when needed. Just miss the credit card for my country.

One of the Best third party payroll system. Easy to setup and Easy to use. The UI is clean and not confusing at all so that you can navigate easily. I generally get my money in 2 working days even though they show about 7 days time. So it's good that payments are on time which is obviously the main thing here.
