Hey PH π I'm Chris. I own a small used-car dealership in Massachusetts, and for years the software available to independent dealers made the job harder β Windows-only installs from the 90s, or "modern" platforms charging $300β500/month with every feature as a paid module.
So I built the tool I wanted for my own lot, and my lot has run on it every day since.
What it does: VIN-decode inventory with photos, a deal jacket that gets the tax math right (trade-in credits, state quirks), auto-filled paperwork (federal docs everywhere + state title forms), buy-here-pay-here payment tracking, marketplace feeds, and a public website that syncs your inventory β all in one flat $99/month.
The trial is 14 days, no credit card, and the CSV importer moves a lot from your old DMS in an afternoon.
I'm a dealer first and a founder second β brutally honest feedback is welcome, and I'll be here all day answering questions. If you know someone who runs a small lot, I'd love an intro. π

How does it handle dealer trade-ins when the customer still owes money on their current loan, and is the payoff amount pulled in automatically or do you have to enter it by hand?

@arya583342Β Excellent question! Currently without direct lender integration you enter the payoff amount into the deal once you receive it from the lender

Pasted a VIN and the vehicle detail pulled in faster than I expected, and the deal sheet recalculated taxes the second I nudged the down payment. Honestly surprised how much it handles for a flat ninety-nine.

@bevruk15461Β That is really amazing to hear! Took a while to get it to work the way I wanted it to but from my experience it is pretty quick compared to the other tools on the market
