Day of Us is a free wedding page for couples — one link that handles RSVPs, song requests with previews, and QR code photo uploads so guests can share photos from their phone with no app needed. Guests can also leave wishes on a dedicated wall. Everything's free to start. A one-time $19 upgrade unlocks unlimited guests, unlimited photos, a custom link, the wishes wall, and PDF export of your guest list and playlist. — would love any feedback, especially from anyone currently wedding planning.

Hey everyone! I built Day of Us after noticing every free wedding site felt cluttered with ads or pushed you toward buying their own products. Wanted something clean, ad-free, and genuinely useful — the QR photo upload is probably my favorite part, since I hadn't seen anyone else solve "guests sharing photos" cleanly without an app. Happy to answer anything about how it's built or what's coming next!
@zac1201 This looks genuinely useful—such a thoughtful execution. Big congrats on the launch! 🚀

The song preview feature is such a thoughtful touch — it saves couples from getting requests for "that one Ed Sheeran song" and guessing wrong. Curious how you handled the audio licensing for the previews on the free tier.

@parkerlewis Great question! The previews come straight from Apple's iTunes API, so the actual audio is streaming from Apple's servers, not something I'm hosting myself. They've already sorted the licensing for that exact use case (a bunch of music blogs and discovery sites do the same thing), so it's pretty low-risk on my end. But yeah, definitely something I wanted to double check before leaning on it — appreciate you asking!

The song request previews are such a thoughtful touch, saves a ton of back-and-forth texting. Love that you kept the core RSVP flow free instead of gating the basics.

@ives_camilla Thanks so much, really appreciate that! Keeping the core stuff free was important to me — didn't want people to feel nickel-and-dimed just to RSVP or plan around each other's date. Glad the song previews are landing well, that one's probably my favorite feature to have built too 😊
