Hi PH!
Over the past few months, we've spoken with 50+ companies to understand how they “make something people want” 🚀🚀. We wrote this guide to summarize our learnings about how customer-obsessed startups like Brex, Notion, and Tandem quantify user feedback and center their development processes around it.
Why we wrote it:
- 📈Product analytics can tell you the "what," only user feedback can tell you the "why."
- 🤯It’s hard to quantify that feedback and easy to let biases creep into how teams share and interpret it.
- ⚡️We wanted to uncover the ideal process for how teams should collect, organize, and share customer feedback in a way that eliminates these biases.

Awesome to see this @nilkanthjp. Having worked in growth and product analytics for a long time, I'm a huge fan of sharing insights/structure/process/tactics. this is like a magazine for customer-obsessed PMs. love it!
