Review of Data Dividend Project
Let me be honest. I understand perfectly when an application does not work in a country due to certain restrictions on laws and copyright.
I also understand that because it is a new product, it is very likely that the startup or company only wants to focus on one audience or country.
But I don't understand the reason for blocking the country's complete access to the website in question. My perception of the brand when this happens is more of prejudice towards a country, than simply a strategic decision.
That is, instead of entering the website and receiving a warning such as: "look, we do not serve your region" I receive a warning practically saying: "you do not deserve to be on our website and that is why I am blocking your access", it is rude, is prejudiced.
That said, and I hope I am not being too hasty about my decision, my perception of the brand was hit hard. And I would probably even try the product when it was available in my market, but always with a suspicious look.

big thanks to Yang and all the supporters. I agree with @kuizinas that this is more complex and needs a comprehensive approach, not just a simple paycheck. but hey its a start!

This is a great idea @andrewyangvfa. Loginhood.io is currently solving this problem. Users can make $1/mo for their data just by installing their browser extension. Goal is to get it to $10/mo in next few years!

This is a horrible socialist measure. We are one more time falling in the trap of letting politicians dictate private matters.
With Vivaldi browser, Brave, Duckduckgo, etc., the private sector is already giving solutions for the problem, the answer is NEVER let politicians get into private matters, they make everything worst, get the votes and end up destroying the economy.
This would be terrible legislation and will only make all services more expensive for all of us and who says what data is yours and what isn't? Let market innovation give the supply to the demand, not do it immorally, by force, with socialism.
Please, let's stop giving more power to politicians, it's destroying America.
