Your habits belong in your life, not on your phone. DaoDaily is a free browser habit tracker: check in at your desk, close the tab, and get back to your day. Try the public demo before signing up. Want a break from every screen? Make a 7-, 14- or 30-day printable tracker without an account. Demo marks reset and don't transfer to your account. Paper tracking is separate and doesn't sync with the app.

I'm part of the DaoDaily team. Your habits should happen in your life, not keep you on your phone.
Already working at your computer? Open DaoDaily in your browser, mark your habit, close the tab, and get back to your day. No phone detour or app installation needed.
Try a check-in before signing up:

Want a break from every screen? Make a paper tracker for one habit, choose 7, 14 or 30 days, and put it somewhere you'll use it:

A few things to know:
- Is an account required? Not for the public demo or paper tool. Create your own account for ongoing tracking.
- Does the demo save my habits? No. Its example history and marks are temporary, reset, and do not transfer to an account.
- Does paper sync with the app? No. If you move online, add the habit yourself.
- Does DaoDaily block my phone? No. The idea is to check in from your computer, or use paper, without needing to pick up your phone.
Which fits your day better: a browser check-in at your desk, or a paper tracker away from screens? We'd like to hear what makes that choice useful for you.
